The way we see cuisine respects, without a doubt, the treasures often brought to us by the Mediterranean sea, which we all belong to.
Halibut, gilt-head beam, sea beam, prawns, crayfish, lobster… Our day to day is cooking products in a simple way, trying to find the most authentic flavours, and keeping with the traditions we have learnt from a young age to be able to create typical dishes such as ‘arrós a banda’, black rice with squid, ‘arrós y gatet’, gazpacho, or genuine ‘caldero de gall y gallina’.
We also use market produce, which can’t be overlooked, coming from different areas of this great country. With it, we try to create a fusion with more contemporary cuisine. In summary, both traditional and contemporary, but above all always making the most of the best produce.
